MILK TEA LLC, founded in 2022 and based in Fullerton, California, provides this website to share product information, educational content, and a way to prepare sales and equipment-service inquiries. You may browse the site and use the cart to organize an estimate.

Please use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious content, or misrepresent your identity or authority when requesting a quote. If you act for a business, make sure you have permission to submit the inquiry on its behalf.

2. Catalog prices and estimates

Catalog prices are estimates in U.S. dollars and are not guaranteed. Availability, pack sizes, model specifications, shipping, taxes, and any additional charges must be confirmed for the proposed sale. A displayed product or cart does not reserve inventory.

If information needs correction, we will clarify it during the quote process before the sale is finalized. Review the written quote, including its product description, quantities, total charges, and any stated validity period. Changes to this website do not by themselves change an already agreed order.

3. Checkout, orders, and payment

Checkout does not place an order or collect payment. It displays a pricing-confirmation notice and helps you prepare an email to sales@milkteallc.com. Clicking an email link opens your email application; you must send the message yourself.

The MT Cart ID is a reference for the estimate in your current browser session. It is not an order confirmation or a permanent saved record. Include the full item list when contacting us.

A purchase requires separate written confirmation of the items and applicable sale terms. Any payment method, payment timing, and order acceptance must be agreed during that process. Do not treat an automated cart display or an unanswered inquiry as acceptance of an order.

4. Product information and compatibility

Images and catalog descriptions help identify product types. Related pack sizes or variants may share an image. Request the actual model details, appearance, dimensions, materials, electrical requirements, and other specifications relevant to your intended use before buying.

Equipment, cups, films, and replacement parts are not universally interchangeable. Supply the make, model, serial number, and any known part number when requesting a replacement component. Confirm the applicable installation, operating, and maintenance instructions with the final product.

Ingredient formulations and handling instructions depend on the supplied product. Review current labels for ingredients, allergens, preparation, storage, and holding guidance before use.

5. Shipping, cancellations, returns, and warranties

Delivery or pickup arrangements, shipping costs, and proposed timing are confirmed for the particular order. Our Fullerton location does not itself establish a walk-in store, pickup appointment, delivery area, or service radius.

Request and review the applicable cancellation, return, and warranty terms before completing a purchase. This website does not establish a blanket no-refund policy or a uniform equipment warranty. Any product-specific restrictions must be disclosed as part of the sale, subject to applicable law.

If you have an issue with an accepted order, contact sales@milkteallc.com with the order details and a description of the problem. Rights and obligations concerning shipment delays, defective goods, refunds, or warranties remain subject to applicable law. Nothing in these website terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Equipment parts and servicing

Submitting a service inquiry does not book a visit, authorize work, or guarantee that a particular machine can be serviced. We will discuss the equipment, location, symptoms, compatibility, and available next steps.

The scope of any inspection or repair, charges, scheduling, transportation arrangements, and any applicable warranty must be confirmed separately before the work is authorized. Additional work or parts require agreement on the revised scope and charges. Follow manufacturer instructions and use qualified personnel for internal electrical repairs.

Articles and guides provide general educational information. They are not a substitute for the instructions supplied with your equipment or ingredients, or for advice specific to your operation. Historical and regional articles link to sources where relevant.

Case studies marked as fictional are planning examples, not customer testimonials, completed MILK TEA LLC projects, or measured business results. Example quantities and scenarios do not guarantee sales, savings, profitability, or equipment performance.
