Ordering & quotes
Where is MILK TEA LLC based?
We are based in Fullerton, California, in Orange County. MILK TEA LLC was founded in 2022. Email sales@milkteallc.com for sales, equipment parts, and service inquiries. Any pickup, delivery, or visit arrangements must be confirmed directly with us.
How do I buy from MILK TEA LLC?
Add products to your cart and adjust the quantities to build an estimate. Continue to checkout, then use the email link to send the Cart ID and complete item list to sales@milkteallc.com. We will discuss availability and final pricing.
Why can’t I pay at checkout?
Checkout is a quote step. Catalog prices are estimates and are not guaranteed. Final product specifications, stock, taxes, and shipping must be confirmed before a sale is finalized. No payment is collected through the site.
Does adding an item reserve inventory?
No. A cart does not reserve stock or create an order. Include the product name and pack size when requesting availability.
What does the Cart ID do?
The MT reference identifies the estimate in your current browser session. It is not a saved order number or a permanent staff lookup record. Always include the full item list with the reference in your email.
Can I ask about case quantities or a larger equipment list?
Yes. Send the products, quantities, and delivery location you are considering. Include any required timing so it can be discussed as part of the quote. Minimum quantities, lead times, and any applicable commercial terms must be confirmed individually.
How are shipping, returns, and warranty terms handled?
Request the applicable shipping charges, delivery arrangements, return terms, and manufacturer or supplier warranty details with your quote. The website does not promise a universal shipping rate, return policy, or equipment warranty.
Equipment & service
Do you sell replacement parts and service equipment?
Yes. MILK TEA LLC sells equipment replacement parts and offers equipment servicing. Contact us with the make, model, serial number, symptoms or required part, and your location so compatibility and service options can be discussed.
Will a listed replacement part fit my machine?
Do not assume that similar appearance means compatibility. Send the model and serial number, known part number, and relevant dimensions. Ratings, connections, materials, and fit must be confirmed against the actual equipment.
Can I use any sealing film with any cup?
No. Cup material, rim dimensions, film specifications, and machine requirements need to match. Ask for confirmation of the complete cup, film, and machine combination before ordering.
Are the equipment images exact model photographs?
Related sizes or variants may share an image. Request actual product photos and the final specification sheet for the quoted model before purchasing.
Ingredients & recipes
What is the difference between tapioca pearls and popping boba?
Tapioca pearls provide a chewy texture and usually require preparation. Popping boba has a delicate outer membrane and a flavored liquid-style center. Follow the specific product’s directions for preparation and storage.
Can I use one cooking time for every pearl product?
No. Standard, quick-cook, and instant products can differ substantially. Follow the supplier instructions for that exact product, including cooking, resting, rinsing, sweetening, and holding.
Are all creamers and powders dairy-free?
No. Review current ingredient and allergen labels for each supplied product. A name such as “non-dairy creamer” is not enough to establish the absence of milk-derived ingredients. Confirm ingredient information before describing a drink to customers.
Where should I start with a milk tea recipe?
Begin with our classic milk tea guide, then test with your actual tea, milk, syrup, pearls, and cup. Measure the recipe and adjust one variable at a time. The journal explains how to compare teas and write a repeatable recipe card.
